Förlovningsfotografering på Stranden: Alyssa + John

I mars 2020 återvände Alyssa och John till La Jolla Beach, platsen där de förlovade sig ett par månader tidigare. Den här gången hade de med sig Sarah and Brent Photography som förevigade det blivande brudparets kärlek med fingertoppskänsla. Nu ska vi få njuta av de vackra bilderna och låter paret själva berätta om sitt förhållande, frieriet och det stundande bröllopet!
Så träffades paret:
Like all good millennials, they met online! Alyssa picked Johnny because his profile said something about wanting to find a good sour beer in Georgia (she happened to be a professional on the subject). Their first date was at Krog Street Market in Atlanta (her favorite sour brewery was closed that day), but Krog had a nice variety of things to choose from and facilitated what became a marathon date - First beer, then sushi, then ice-cream. A strange combo, but they just wanted any excuse to spend more time together!
Vad gör ert förhållande unikt?
We love playing and adventuring together - gardening, cooking, dogs, making projects and crafts (drinking craft beer), spending active time outdoors, biking up the 101, and planning out our dream goldendoodle farm. We mentioned we like beer, right? From the beginning, things have always felt \"right\" with us - we have a huge amount of respect for each other, we share similar life goals, and we continually work to lift each other up to achieve those goals. We strive to never stop playing together, dating, and finding new sparks every step of the way!
Hur visste ni båda att er partner var den rätta?
It really was pretty much a sure thing from our first date! Our relationship has continued to be natural and flourish despite all of the challenges and physical separation that life has thrown at us. This life chose us - beyond putting in the work required of all relationships, we haven't ever really \"forced\" it and it has been one of those things that always felt right.

Alyssa was on night shift at the hospital, which gave Johnny plenty of time to plan out the big day. Wanting to make it a surprise, naturally, Johnny asked Alyssa if she was available for a surprise date on Friday or Saturday (she picked Friday). She told her friends that he was planning a \"surprise\" date that she knew about, and they all insisted that he was going to pop the question, so she needed to get her nails done! Not wanting to jinx it, she passed on the nail salon. When the time for the surprise date came, Johnny casually let her know that she might want to bring a second pair of more rugged shoes (the plan was to go out to dinner...). Alyssa's suspicions continued to rise as they drove to the Torrey Pines Gliderport to watch the sunset. Ever prepared, Johnny broke out a backpack (not weird!) and they walked off to find a spot to enjoy the view. Johnny had packed some beers to enjoy and then suggested they set up a camera on a tripod to take some pictures. He got it set up, slyly switched it in video mode, and then got down on one knee and popped the question! She said \"About time!!\"

Valet av förlovningsring:
\"Simple and specific\" - that was the casual guidance that Alyssa had given Johnny when it seemed like the time might be coming to pick out a ring. Plus - she did him a favor and unlocked some of her pinterest boards so he could see what she'd been pinning. Having no idea what \"specific\" might mean, Johnny consulted Alyssa's older sister for some advice. They picked out a few styles based on the pins on Alyssa's board and Johnny narrowed it down with the help of a local jeweler. The result was just what Alyssa had dreamed of!
Har ni börjat planera bröllopet?
We have actually already done most of the planning! Our current plan is to have the wedding at a farmhouse on the Santa Rosa plateau. Current world events may cause us to have to adjust our plans, but we are so excited to eventually say \"I Do\" and party down with all of our closest friends and family in the succulent-draped farmhouse bash of our dreams!
