Äventyrligt Och Elegant Elopement Bland Bergen
Det är svårt att hitta en miljö som är mer storslagen och magnifik än bergen. Naturens sätt att visa upp sig på dessa platser kan få vem som helst att behöva dra efter andan. I detta inlägg ska vi få följa med på ett elopement där naturen är precis så vacker. Sophie och David planerade ett äventyrligt men elegant elopement bland bergen och det var precis vad de fick.
Det var Sheena Shahangian Photography som stod bakom kameran på detta bergselopement och det är ett storartat sådant. Paret gifte sig på över 3000 meters höjd, med bergstoppar och vackra bergssjöar så långt ögat kunde nå. Ett riktigt drömbröllop för den äventyrlige. Vi dyker rakt ner i bröllopet och tar del av parets stora dag tillsammans med bilder och ord från fotografen Sheena.
Sheena: Sophie and David had originally planned to have a small lakeside wedding near Leadville, Colorado , but summer of 2020 certainly had different plans for them. They knew they wanted to get married in the Rocky Mountains, with a group of friends and family present. However, with everything going on with COVID-19, the state of Colorado has restricted gathering sizes down to ten people, which meant Sophie and David had to reduce their guest list and opted to turn their small wedding into an elopement instead.
To make matters crazier, the week of their elopement, the spot we'd chosen for their ceremony shut down due to the largest wildfires in Colorado state history, completely closing huge sections of the mountains (that, and there were also projected lightning storms on the afternoon they'd planned to elope). Despite all of this, though, Sophie and David remained calm and collected. They 100% rolled with the punches and took everything in stride. Literally two days before their elopement ceremony, we entirely changed locations to a section of the mountains that wasn't on fire, and we switched from a sunset ceremony to a sunrise one to avoid dangerous lightning storms at elevation (they were eloping at 12,000 ft elevation, after all!).
För att göra bröllopet mer personligt och för att hålla nere antalet personer som följde med, valde Sophie och David att viga sig själva. Det är inte något som går att göra i alla länder, men som de hade möjlighet att genomföra.
Miljön är verkligen storslagen. Vilken fantastisk plats att gifta sig på!
