Spontant Elopement Med Vigsel Framför Vattenfall: Taylor + Stephen
Att planera ett stort bröllop är inte för alla. Vissa tycker det är en del av det roliga, andra vill helst slippa planeringen helt och hållet. För paret Taylor och Stephen lockade det sista alternativet mest. För dem kändes det inte roligt att försöka hitta rätt lokal, leverantörer, bjuda gäster och dessutom göra allt det på en budget.
Då fick Taylor upp ögonen för elopements, en typ av bröllop hon inte hade tänkt på förut, men som från den stunden kändes som helt rätt väg att gå. Sagt och gjort, på bara två veckors tid planerade paret sitt spontana elopement tillsammans med elopementexperterna från Simply Eloped. I dagens inlägg får vi ta del av Taylor och Stephens natursköna vigsel i skogen.
Så träffades brudparet
Taylor: Stephen and I have a classic 21st century love story, we swiped right on an app and the rest was history. We have joked before that we would love to go to the Bumble headquarters so we could go to the place we first met.
Taylor: Originally we planned to have a wedding. Neither one of us knew anyone who chose to elope. Having a wedding was the only option we thought we had. We spent the first two years of our engagement searching for venues and stressing over a budget. Any time we thought we had a plan in place my mind would change. I knew in my gut this wasn’t what I wanted to do. I felt like the planning of the wedding was overshadowing the reason for the wedding.
I had seen an ad for Simply Eloped on Instagram and I mentioned an elopement to Stephen. To much surprise he agreed to the idea. Shortly after I raised the idea to Stephen I had a week vacation coming up. Two weeks before the vacation I text Stephen while at work and said let’s elope on my vacation. We got home that night, found Simply Eloped and quickly finalized our plans after realizing how easy it was.

Stora bröllop passar inte alla, och vissa par vill hellre ta det lite lugnare. Elopements kan dessutom se ut precis så som ni vill: stadsvigsel, äventyrselopement i naturen eller en långweekend på en plats ni verkligen tycker om. Ni brudpar bestämmer själva hur mycket ni vill planera, vilken budget ni vill ha och hur många gäster som ska bjudas in.
Taylor: I only had a week vacation set aside and we knew we didn’t want spend most of that traveling in a plane or car. We decided to go somewhere in a short driving distance. We got on the Simply Eloped website and searched states near us. The mountains were both high on our list. We looked at venues and instantly fell in love with Triple Falls after seeing pictures.
