Inspirational Forrest Wedding under Rainy Clouds

Most who plan an outdoor wedding also consider the possibility of rain. "Can we have a big tent to house the dinner? Do we have enough umbrellas? What do we do if it gets windy?"

Sunshine and warm weather is of course what most hope for, but this styled shoot shows that even though it rains on your special day, you can still keep the spirit high. After all, there is also beauty in rain and dark skies. Photographer Clashy show us how it can be done!

Look at this beautiful table with its mirror reflection! The creators behind the shoot have really done a great job combining the vintage details with the surrounding nature.

One advantage with taking photos in "bad weather" is that the lighting is probably better. Direct sunlight in the middle of the day is often a challenge for photographers, and cloudy weather help to "smooth out" the light, highlighting the colors instead of saturating them. In other words: a rainy wedding day makes for perfect wedding photos!

We just love this dress! Especially the many details, like the flounces around the neck, and the long sleeves that hang along the sides of the skirt. This dress feels very modern, yet it has clear traces of vintage in its shape. It also looks particularly good next to the grooms more contemporary outfit!
